  1-TROPICAL VACATION RESORT is a rent curative marketing company that is not a real estate broker. The cooperative marketing program involves pooling marketing resources with those of other rentals to maximized exposure to potential renters of your vacation property.

2-TROPICAL VACATION RESORT cannot and does not appraise the value/rentals price of your vacation property The rental price of your property has been established by you the owner and Tropical Vacation Resort as made no representation as to the rental price that may receive.

3-Although your vacation property will be potentially exposed to million of potential renters as a result of the Tropical Vacation Resort marketing program, Tropical Vacation Resort does not have a specific renter at this time. We do not specifically go to your resort or vacation home to show your property.

4-TROPICAL VACATION RESORT is not affiliated with your resort, personal vacation home, or other third party organization. Tropical Vacation Resort is not a real state broker. Tropical Vacation Resort is a marketing company.

5- TROPICAL VACATION RESORT has made no representations as to the period of time that it will take for you to rent your vacation property,

6-When your vacation property has a rental offer, you can choose to go through us or handle the transaction yourself.

7-TROPICAL VACATION RESORT is a marketing company that uses as its discretion: television. Tropical Vacation Resort does not specially market your property in our marketing program. Your vacation property is in the Tropical Vacation Resort database, but not specifically on the company marketing materials.

8-We presently have headquarters located in Orlando, Florida.

9-You are entitled to a refund if you provide Tropical Vacation Resort service department with a notice of cancellation of your advertisement within ten (10) business days from the postmark date on your envelope.

10- Our marketing program is design to generate results in 180 days, if results are not delivered, Tropical Vacation Resort will, upon request, continue your marketing service at no additional cost.

11- As methods of payment, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

  
     
   
  You can rent your timeshare vacation property through our internet and advertising services. Tropical Vacation Resort is not a broker, so when you rent your vacation property, you pay no commission.
